I hate it here (inside my body) is a static and sonorous performance that explores the role of speech and sound in our living spaces. With discomfort, an inert body releases words, a saving breath. An organic pair of boots, molded in leather to its foot and legs, seems to guide tirelessly the performer’s body revealing nebulous sounds. The body walks and melts in this thoroughfare space, connecting through walls, floor’s debris and dust.
Mini short and white tight tank top became used with the accumulated dust, sweat and blood of the performer, leading to a strong homoerotic-rust environment. Through low or high vocalizations, the performer resigns to words, exploring deep organic sounds from its throat and vocal cords.
Following the soundtrack subs frequencies and rhythmic melodies, the body releases its silenced vulnerability. The cathartic point of the performance brings us to a transparent platform where the body tortures itself by climbing and breaking its body arche. Across the remainders of and old used hard front wig, the body resuscitates on this micro dangerous scene, illuminated by a single beam of light. Leaving the floor to become the main character, the scene can be seen from all sides of space and though the holes of the existing architecture.
