These General Terms and Conditions of Use (GTCU) are intended to define the terms and conditions of use of the Théo Pézeril website https://theopezeril.com – referred to hereinafter as « the site » – by any natural person who accesses it, referred to as « the user » in this document.

Théo Pézeril undertakes to acknowledge receipt of this complaint within 10 calendar days and to respond no later than 60 calendar days, unless the complexity of the request requires additional time, which Théo Pézeril will inform you of.
